In addition, we will talk about your anticipated timeline for starting construction and your current understanding of your local building department’s requirements, permits, and processes. Residential homeowner consultations start at $95. Consultation fees for residential builders, contractors, commercial projects, and other clients are determined based on project scope and specific needs.
